Singapore orders of S$50 or more ship free. Orders under S$50 ship at a flat rate of S$3.50.
We ship fast: every order is dispatched from Korea within 1–2 business days and sent express with full tracking — typically 7–14 business days to your door. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. There are no customs fees or GST to pay at your door.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try Di Exy Patch for up to 30 days from delivery. If it isn't for you, email marketing@wellmscorp.com with your order number and a short note on why. We will refund the price of one box (up to S$39.90) to your original payment method — no return required. Limit one guarantee refund per customer.
Returns (Unopened Items)
Additional unopened boxes in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in most cases.
