Shipping
Singapore orders of S$50 or more ship free. Orders under S$50 ship at a flat rate of S$3.50. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days via tracked international shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at ceo@wellmscorp.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in the case of damaged or defective products — in that case contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or full refund.
