Returns

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email ceo@wellmscorp.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in most cases.

Hygiene Exception

Opened or used patches cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except when damaged or defective.
